Junior Achievement.

To this day, Brad credits much of his professional success to his JA experience and his belief in the organization’s principles of financial literacy, workplace readiness and entrepreneurship for youth around the world.

Currently a member and previously Chair of the local Charter’s Board of Directors, Brad also represents Canada on the JA Worldwide Global Council. By connecting with business professionals and JA Alumni across the globe, Brad enjoys the opportunity to share his experience and passion for entrepreneurship.

In 2018, the London Ontario Business Hall of Fame and JA London and District recognized Brad with the distinguished “JA Alumni Award of Achievement” for his many years of dedication and support of JA.

Character Leadership.

Believing that fundamental principles of exceptional leadership requires competency, character and commitment, Brad has been fortunate to serve as an executive mentor to graduating students participating in the Leadership Character program at Western University.

Brad is also proud to serve as a personal mentor to individuals who are developing their careers. By serving as an “empathetic ear” and offering entrepreneurial guidance based on his personal experiences, Brad hopes to assist others in developing their leadership skills.

Engagement.

Brad encourages ZucoraHome employees to serve as volunteers in support of various charitable and social causes by volunteering. By contributing both time and financial resources, Brad and the ZucoraHome team support such worthy endeavours as Habitat for Humanity, London Mission Services and Diabetes Research. 

To ensure a legacy of sustainable resources is available to assist with the future needs of his community, Brad and his family also created and generously supports an endowment fund in partnership with the London Community Foundation.

This Geddes Family Foundation supports education and health initiatives and is guided by members of the Geddes family.
